What we collect
When you request a report we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, your role in the transaction, the parcel you are asking about, and any notes. When you email us, we keep the correspondence. We do not collect payment card details on this site; payment is arranged after your price is confirmed.
How we use it
To confirm your price and delivery date, to produce and deliver your report, to send written inquiries about the parcel to public offices where you have requested a Verified Report, and to answer your questions. We may send you an occasional note about the service; every such message includes a way to stop them.
Who sees it
Form submissions are received through Netlify. Email is sent and received through Resend. Both act as processors on our behalf. Public offices that receive a records inquiry see the parcel identifier and the name of the person making the inquiry, not your identity, unless you ask us to name you. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except as needed to deliver the service or as required by law.
Public records
Reports contain information from public records about the parcel, including the owner of record as the county lists it. That information is public and is reported as the county publishes it.
Retention
We keep requests, correspondence, and delivered reports so that we can reissue a report or answer a later question about it. If you would like your request and contact details deleted, reply to any email from us and ask; we will delete them unless we must keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our emails do not use open or click tracking.
